Quality and lead time information
For FDM/FFF/Filament:
Standards to be met for all printed parts unless otherwise authorized by the customer:

A dimensional accuracy of ± 0.5% with a lower limit of ± 0.3 mm or in inches ± 0.011".

Consistent surface finish with no bumps or delamination except those left by retraction and layer changing are acceptable.

All support material removed.

All parts to be printed with 25% infill unless otherwise selected by the customer.

All parts are to be printed with 3 outline / perimeter shells or a wall thickness of 1.2 mm.

All parts have top/bottom thickness of at least 1mm
For MSLA/LCD (Resin 3D Printing):
Standards to be met unless otherwise specified by the customer:

Dimensional accuracy: ±0.3%, minimum ±0.2 mm (±0.007").

Surface finish: Smooth, uniform, free of warping or major blemishes. Minor support marks acceptable if non-functional.

Supports: Fully removed and post-cured per resin specs.

Cleaning: All parts must be free of uncured resin, including internal features.

Post-curing: UV-cured per manufacturer guidelines.

Wall thickness: Minimum .3-.6mm depending on other connected features.

Hollow parts: Must include proper drain holes to avoid trapped resin and warping during printing/curing.
Lead times: Our standard lead times are 5-6 business days for production and 2-5 business days for shipping. Large quantity or multiple material orders may vary. We will notify you after your order confirmation of any lead time adjustments.
