In 1992, Scott's journey in product development and manufacturing began with composite lay-up of small aircraft components. He quickly found a passion for creating and bringing ideas to life. From there he was introduced to the Additive Manufacturing world. At Scicon Technologies, he started out sanding supports from SLA parts. He quickly learned and moved up through the ranks to shop manager on up to Head of Research and Development. From there he went on to own a company where he produced props and sets for the movie industry, as well as providing consulting and prototypes for many other industries. After that Scott moved to Chicago to lead a prototyping company to more efficient growth and functionality. Incodema3D became the next challenge where he helped develop the company from the ground up. Lastly, he spent three years leading Business Development and Strategy for Keselowski Advanced Manufacturing. Throughout this journey Scott has learned what people need and how they want that in and around their products and businesses. At Advanced Additive Innovations Inc., he plans to help everyone implement and enjoy the use of Additive Manufacturing / 3D Printing.
