Do you handle IP-sensitive sculptors / commercial STLs?

For personal-use prints we work with files you supply. We don't sell prints of others' IP commercially or resell sculptor STLs - that's between you and the sculptor.

Can you do bulk army runs?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Multi-printer setup means we can run dozens of minis in parallel. Standard turnaround is 4-6 business days; larger army builds may extend the lead time, and we'll confirm the projected ship date with you when your order moves into production.

Do I need to support my files first?

Accepted Answer

No - we prefer raw files. We re-support for our specific printers and resin so cleanup doesn't damage detail.

Do you include bases?

Accepted Answer

If your STL includes them, we print them. We don't add bases to files that don't have them - if you need basing, include it in the file you upload.

Do you ship parts painted?

Accepted Answer

No - paint-ready only. Supports are removed, parts are washed and cured, and the surface is ready for primer. Painting is on you.

What scale do you print at?

Accepted Answer

We print to the exact dimensions of the STL you upload, whether that's 28mm heroic, 32mm, 54mm, 75mm bust, or anything else. Set your scale before exporting the file.

What resin options do you offer?

The quote tool lists current material options at checkout. We run standard photopolymer formulations tuned for fine detail; if you need a specific property (toughness, flexibility, color) check the quote tool's options before uploading.

What's your turnaround?

Standard turnaround is 4-6 business days from order. The quote tool doesn't give a specific ship date at checkout - we confirm the projected ship date with you when your order moves into production. For large army builds we'll scope honestly up front.

Can I get a sample first?

We don't offer free samples, but a single-part order is the standard way to test our quality before committing to a full army. Upload one mini through the quote tool, see the result in hand, then come back for the bigger run.
